Gunmen Send Osinbajo, Aregbesola Off with Fresh Attack on Imo Police Headquarters

Gunmen attacking police stations in Imo sustained the violence on Tuesday night hours after Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, the Minister of Interior – Rauf Aregbesola, and the Inspector General of Police then, Mohammed Adamu visited Owerri, the state capital to access the havoc wrecked on two formations on Sunday.

This time, the gunmen sacked a Divisional Police Headquarters in Ehime Mbano LGA and set several vehicles ablaze.

The earlier attack was on the State Police headquarters near the government house and the Nigerian Correctional Service facility.
