Gunmen Abduct Kaduna Traditional Ruler, Wife, Kill Police Orderly, 4 others

Gunmen attacked the entourage of the paramount ruler of Adaraland in Kaduna State, the Agom Adara, Maiwada Galadima, yesterday night killing his police orderly and four others.

Galadima and his wife were also reportedly abducted by the gunmen who are yet to make contact with the family.

NewsmakersNG could not ascertain the identities of the other victims.

Police are also yet to react to the incident.

No fewer than 100 persons have been killed in different attacks by gunmen in Kaduna State this week.

Earlier on Monday, 21 persons were reportedly killed in Fadan Karshi and another 17 killed in Nandu, both in Sanga local government area.

Also on Thursday, two policemen and unconfirmed number of civilians were reportedly killed along Nnamdi Azikiwe Expressway by IBBI company in Kakuri.

Another 55 were reportedly killed in the Kasuwan Magani crisis in Kajuru local government area yesterday.
