The family of a fresh graduate, who had gone to look for work at the site of 21-storey building that collapsed in Ikoyi, Lagos on Monday, have cried out for help.

The young lady, simply identified as Zainab, recently completed her youth service and had been hunting for a job before the incident.

In an emotional post today, Zainab’s mother, who identified herself as Ashabi Gege Oyedokun on Facebook, wrote: “God pls save my daughter for me. She’s the only one I have, plssss. Crying crying.”

In an earlier post, another Facebook user, Monsurat Olasumbo Aiyegbusi, who identified herself as Zainab’s aunt, called on government to come to the family’s aid by rescuing her alive from the rubble of the collapsed building.
