Frank Mba Gets First Posting after Graduation from NIPSS

Immediate past Force Public Relations Officer (FPRO), CP Frank Mba, now heads the Border Patrol Police Command.

Mba’s latest posting was announced by the FPRO, CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, in a statement today.

According to Adejobi, the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Usman Alkali Baba, also approved the deployment of six other commissioners of police to various police commands in states and formations across the country.

He said the deployment followed the recent completion of the Senior Executive Course 44 at the National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) by some senior officers.

Aside from Mba, the other newly deployed CPs, according to Adejobi, include Sadiq Abubakar, FCT; Arungwa Udo, Department of Finance and Account (DFA), Force Intelligence Bureau, Force Headquarters; Bardaru Lawal, General Investigations, Force Criminal Investigations Department Annex, Kaduna and Suleiman Yusuf, Admin, Research and Planning, Force Headquarters.

Others are, Ebong Ebong, Admin DFA, Force Headquarters, and Babaji Sunday, Commandant, Police College Maiduguri.

He stated that the I-G had charged the newly posted officers to hit the ground running in the areas of crime-fighting, public cooperation, and safety.

Adejobi said the police boss also called for support and cooperation from the public to the new police helmsmen to enable them to perform optimally on their mandate.
