Former Punch Chairman, Ogunsola, Loses Daughter to Cancer

Former chairman of Punch Newspapers, Chief Ajibola Ogunsola, has reportedly lost his only daughter and eldest child, Mrs. Yetunde Oghomienor.

Yetunde, 48, reportedly died on June 26, in London after a protracted battle with cancer.

Yetunde was an Alumna of Queens College Lagos, University of Lagos and University of London, and was a member of the Owner Management Program (OMP16) at the Lagos Business School.

She was co-founder and Managing Director of Aframero Limited.

She is survived by husband, Leslie Oghomienor, businessman and chairman of Russell Smith Nigeria and Blaugrana Group International, and two children.
