FG Appoints Opeifa as Transport Secretary

Former Lagos State Commissioner for Transportation, Mr Kayode Opeifa is now Secretary on Transportation to the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA).

The appointment was announced by the FCT Minister, Mallam Muhammad Musa Bello who disclosed that Opeifa is part of the new Mandate Secretaries for the FCTA.

According to Bello, the appointment takes immediate effect, while arrangement for swearing-in will be announced later.

Other appointed Mandate secretaries for the FCTA are Adamu Abubakar Bappah (Area Council Services); Nzekwe Stanley Ifeanyichukwu (Agriculture and Rural Development); Senator Isa Maina (Education); Barr. Amanda Pam (Health and Human Services); Barrister Muhammad B. Umar (General Counsel/Secretary Legal Services), and Oladimeji Ali Hassan (Social Development).
