Kaduna State governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has jokingly reminded his wife, Hadiza, of the transient nature of power after the latter tweeted satirically about having to wait in line at a US airport despite her position as first lady.
Mrs. El-Rufai had tweeted yesterday via her handle, @hadizel: “This time last week, I was standing in the queue at JFK, New York checking in for my flight back to Nigeria. Can you imagine? A whole ‘Excellency’ fa. I wanted to scream: Do you know who I am?
“Next time, I’ll travel with my orderly.”
The governor however responded via his verified Twitter handle, @elrufai: “My Oga……”Excellency” na temporary title along with an equally temporary job o!”
