Adarabioyo

Everton have launched a determined bid for Manchester City’s highly-rated central defender, Tosin Adarabioyo, after talks over a new contract with the latter stalled.
Sportsmail confirmed that Everton are preparing a formal offer for the England Under-19 international before this month’s transfer deadline.
Everton’s bid is following the club’s successful signing of another England-born Nigerian, 19-year-old Ademola Lookman, from Charlton for 10 million pounds, for four and a half years.
The move made Lookman the most expensive transfer from the English League One till date.
Lookman went on to grab the headlines in his debut with the goal that put the gloss on an emphatic 4-0 win over Manchester City, on Sunday.

Adarabioyo, who is also 19, has just six months to run on his existing contract, but talks over an extension are well underway.
But recent reports suggest that discussions between the teenager star and City have now hit an impasse with no resolution in sight, though both parties are keeping an open mind regarding a possible new deal.
If no agreement is found, then Adarabioyo will be available on a free transfer at the end of the season – though City will be entitled to a compensation fee.
Everton are, however, planning to take advantage of the failed contract negotiations this month with an offer to take the defender before January 31.
City have high hopes for Adarabioyo, who has made three senior appearances under Pep Guardiola so far this season.
He also made one start under Manuel Pellegrini last season, producing a promising display in the FA Cup defeat against Chelsea.
