Suspected notorious kidnapper, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike aka Evans, has failed to get the order of a Federal High Court in Lagos to retrieve some of his properties seized by the police.
His application was dismissed by Justice Shagari, who delivered judgement today on Suit Number: FHC/CS/1515/2017 Evans v. I.G.P and others.
Evans had filed the suit through his lawyer, Olukoya Ogungbeje, asking the Court for the release of all his trucks confiscated by the Police. He also asked for payment of N200million damages amongst other things.
However, in her considered judgment, the Court agreed with the submission of the Police’s legal team regarding the exhibits recovered and registered.
