Ekiti 2023: EFCC Arrests 4 Persons for Alleged Vote Buying

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested four persons accused of engaging in vote buying in the Ekiti governorship election.

NewsmakersNG learnt that the suspects, including three males and a female, were arrested at Ward 11, Unit 13 in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital.

A bag containing a large amount of money and a list of voters were among items reportedly recovered from the suspects.

It is not yet known which political party the suspects were working for.
