Efe wins #BBNaija N25M Grand Prize

After competing for 77 days with 13 other contestants, Efe Ejeba has emerged as the fans’ choice for the N25million grand prize in the 2017 Big Brother Naija ‘See Goobe’ reality TV show today.

Like he had predicted before going into the house at the start of the competition, Efe almost went mad with excitement when he was announced winner tonight.

He also went home with a Kia Sorento SUV.

Efe secured 57.61 per cent of votes to emerge as winner.

The Warri-born, up and coming, rap artist beat Bisola Aiyeola, who became the 1st runner up with 18.54 per cent of the vote at the grand finale.

Tokunbo Idowu aka Tboss scored 13.60 per cent to emerge the 2nd runner up; Oluwarise Deborah Ebun aka Debie-Rise 8.78 per cent, 3rd runner up, while Marvis Npomwi scored 1.47 per cent.

In the run-up to Efe’s announcement, Bisola was announced as the winner of the ‘One Campaign’.

At this stage, only Efe and Bisola were left standing after Marvis, Tboss and Debie Rise had all been evicted. Bisola’s winning the One Campaign appeared to be an anti-climax.

The One campaign will make her represent Nigeria at the United Nations later in the year.

Tboss emerged winner of the Payporte Game challenge. Her prize was N500,000.

She was declared winner after taking part in Friday night arena Payporte Game challenge in the 10th week of the show.

She said that she was dreaming of having a talk show on radio, but now she could go for television too.

Tboss, who was controversial during the show, had said she was not in the game for money. She said that she could spend N25 million in a week.

The Nigerian-Romanian had also boasted that wealthy men with private jets were hitting on her.

The social media had also speculated that the Delta State born beauty was a plus to Payporte online store because of high patronage of the type of dress she wore on the show.

Tboss, who had repeatedly stressed that Amosu Oluwaseyi Miyonse was her baby, had confrontational moments with fellow housemates, Bisola over breakfast and recently with Debbie-Rise on reciting the Nigerian’s National Anthem.

A fellow housemate, Kemen, was disqualified from the show by Big Brother and asked to leave the house because he was caught on camera fondling Tboss without her consent as she was asleep close to him.

During Saturday night parties in the house, Tboss normally kept to herself as she had confessed that she did not know how to dance.

Efe who was Marvis’ love interest in the house said in spite of the attraction between them, he was careful not to do anything that could jeopardize his stay in the house.

He was Head of House once and had been very active in most games and tasks in the Big Brother House.

He had actively participated in the ONE Campaign song, the video shoot, drama and others.

He had always been one of the lives of the party during the usual Saturday night party in the house.

Efe, during Davido’s visit said if he won the grand prize, he would use it to push his music career to the next level.

High point of the grand finale was musical performances by Tiwa Savage, Emmy Gee featuring AB Crazy and Tuface Idibia.
