Even warriors of the old Oyo Empire bedecked in traditional magical protection stuff would have been amazed at the range of amulets found on a 24-year-old suspected Internet fraudster in Lagos.
The curious objects included a boot stuffed with human hair, embroidered magic horn, several other charms and talisman’s pieces of stuff.
According to operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), an SUV, two Apple laptops, scam emails, payment slips, cashier cheques, and some fraudulent documents were also seized from the suspect identified as Victor Idahosa.
Idahosa, who hails from Edo State, was arrested at Cristolyte Close Diamond Estate, Lekki Ajah area of Lagos, following intelligence report received by the Commission about his alleged involvement in the criminal activity.
EFCC spokesman, Tony Orilade told NewsmakersNG that the suspect would soon be charged to court.
