Residents trooped out in their thousands yesterday to welcome the All Progressives Congress (APC) campaign train to Ibarapa Federal Constituency, evoking memories of the legendary First Republic politician, late Adegoke Adelabu (popularly known as Penkelemesi), whose grandson, Adebayo Adelabu, is the party’s governorship candidate in the coming election.
