The 2025 edition of the Dynamic Empowered Minds Conference is set to hold on November 29 in Ibadan, Oyo State, with a clear mission: to help participants renew their minds, rise above mere survival, and begin to thrive in what it describes as Kingdom abundance.

Convened by Mrs. Babafemi Oladosu, a Positive Psychology Coach and founder of the Dynamic Minds Empowerment Initiative, the annual conference has grown into a transformational platform influencing lives across Nigeria and beyond.

Describing the event as power-packed, Oladosu said the conference was designed to shift people from their survival instincts into a life of abundance and purpose.

“We have an NGO called the Dynamic Mind Initiative where we raise positive thinkers and help people change their mindset. We have been doing this since 2019,” she said. “This year’s conference will teach participants how they can renew their minds, embrace positive thinking, and network with people of like minds, among other forms of empowerment.”

Sharing her personal journey, she stressed that a person’s background should never define their destiny.

“Many times, people believe they can only do well if they come from a wealthy family. That was not the case with me. I didn’t grow up with a silver spoon. There was no money and no one to show me the way, but I believed I would marry right, be wealthy, and succeed,” she said.

“People need to understand that their background does not determine their outcome in life, their mindset does.”

Oladosu explained that the conference specifically targets young people and individuals seeking transformation, noting that a positive mindset is a powerful catalyst for change.

“This conference will teach practical lessons from seasoned speakers and panelists on how to thrive in every area of life, move beyond survival to kingdom abundance, connect with others, and much more.”

Dynamic Empowered Minds Conference 2.0 will hold at The Celebrate Centre, opposite St. Rita’s Catholic Church, Eleyele Road, Ibadan, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on November 29.

Speakers and panelists include Mrs. Winifred Nwanla, Mrs. Olajumoke Caxton Martins, Mr. Biodun Makinde, Mrs. Kemi Irinoye, among others.
