Davido, Chioma Lose Son in Swimming Pool Accident

Nigerian Pop Singer, Davido has reportedly lost his son in a swimming pool accident.

The son, Ifeanyi Adeleke died days after marking his 3rd birthday.

According to sources, Ifeanyi drowned in a pool in their Banana Island home yesterday.

Reports say he was rushed to Evercare Hospital in Lekki where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

The couple had traveled for a family gathering in Ibadan yesterday and had left Ifeanyi with his minders who couldn’t explain how he entered the pool without being noticed and drowned.

A distraught and inconsolable Davido was removed from Evercare Hospital and taken to his father’s house where he remains as at press time.

In 2018, Nigerian Afrobeats star D’banj also lost his only son in a drowning incident at a swimming pool in his house.
