Femi Ashekun/

A Dana aircraft with 83 passengers reportedly skidded off the runaway after crash-landing at the Murtala Muhammed Airport in Lagos, this morning.

Authorities suspect the near mishap could have been caused by the rainstorm in Lagos.

There were no casualties, but the aircraft suffered some damages.

The flight departed Abuja early today.

A trending video shows the passengers and crew members exiting the aircraft through the emergency door.
