The 2018 edition of GTBank’s annual Food & Drink Fair, the most anticipated culinary event in the country, holds from April 29 through May 1.

The bank uses the exhibition and sales event, which has become a major part of the global culinary calendar, to project the diverse angles of the food industry by connecting various businesses involved in the production and sale of food related items to a cosmopolitan audience of food enthusiasts.

According to the organisers, the event offers “a wide variety of food exhibitors showcasing and selling food products ranging from fresh organic groceries to dry foods, confectionary and pastries, ready to eat consumables, top quality crockery and wine and champagnes”.

In addition to the exhibition and sales, the event will also offer culinary experiences such as food and wine tastings, cooking master classes with renowned International and Nigerian chefs, outdoor grills and thrilling entertainment.

The exhibition will host more than 70 food exhibitors across 2,400 square metres of exhibition space within the Food & Drink Centre at Plot 1, Water Corporation drive, Oniru, Victoria-Island, Lagos, the organisers disclosed in a post on the exhibition website.

Another highlight of this year’s event is a masterclass to be facilitated by highly sort after Food Business Consultant, Scott Winston, on May 1. The focus is on how to build a successful career in Food Business.
