Former Police spokesman, CP Frank Emeka Mba, FCPA, alongside other Participants of the Senior Executive Course (SEC) 44 of the National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, Jos, were today inducted as Fellows, Chattered Institute of Local Government and Public Administration of Nigeria at the NIPSS Auditorium. Equally inducted was DSP Patrick Effiom as Member.
