Apples don’t fall far from the tree, as the saying goes.
That’s what Kamil, the son of retired Commissioner of Police (CP) Olayinka Balogun has proven as he was called to the Nigerian Bar last week, almost two years after his father bagged a Ph.D. in Law at the University of Ibadan (UI).
Kamil is the last son of the retired CP who was a celebrated reformer of the police institution in his years of service. His father had earlier possessed a Bachelor of Law degree, MA in Peace and Conflicts Studies (UI), and he had received the psc, fsi, and FBI National Academy Associates (FBINAA) honors among several others.
