The Senate of the University of Lagos has directed all students to vacate halls of residence with immediate effect.
The decision was a fallout of the meeting of the senate held this afternoon.
The university also said it would resume virtual lectures from July 26, 2021.
UNILAG Vice Chancellor, Prof Oluwatoyin Ogundipe, had summoned an emergency meeting of the senate yesterday over fears of the third wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in the institution.
