A video has gone viral on social media showing Nigerian soldiers terrorizing a man who claimed to be a journalist for not staying at home in line with government directive on curbing the spread of coronavirus.
Although President Muhammadu Buhari listed media practitioners among those exempted from the 14-day stay at home order in his broadcast, the soldiers captured the man, tortured him, threw him into a muddy gutter, and forced him to swim in the slime while someone was recording.
