The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) yesterday announced 125 new COVID-19 cases and 21 deaths in the country.
According to the NCDC, total number of infections in the country is now 54,588.
The centre however said 20 of the deaths were recorded in Kaduna State over the last one month.
It added that 42,627 people have so far recovered from the disease, while 1,048 fatalities have been recorded.
