COVID-19 infection figures continue to rise in Nigeria with 1,204 new cases today.
The country also recorded eight COVID-19 related deaths, according to latest statistics by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
Lagos State recorded over 50 percent of the new infections with 654 cases, followed by the federal capital territory with 200.
