Muslims across the world celebrated the end of this year’s Ramadan in a most unusual manner on Sunday due to the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).
Reflecting the mood across the world, Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari and his family observed the COVID-19 restrictions of social distancing and religious gathering as they stayed away from the Central Mosque to pray inside the Aso Rock villa.
Since December 31, 2019 till May 25, 2020, 5 371 700 cases of COVID-19 have been reported across the world, along with 344 815 deaths.
