A Federal High Court in Abuja has remanded the former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal, in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) till tomorrow.
The Court made the order after the former SGF pleaded not guilty to fraud charges proferred against him by the Commission.
The Federal Government had, last month, filed a 10-count charge bordering on fraud against Lawal.
