In handing down the judgment, Justice Lawal-Akapo held that the former Fidelity Bank staff should spend one year on the 1st count, one year on the 2nd count, 2 years on the 3rd count and 2 years on the 4th count.
The judge further ordered that upon the completion of his jail term, Chibuike should make a restitution of N1, 451, 592million being the outstanding balance to the victim.
According to the judge, Chibuike who is expected to spend one year in prison, would have his jail term run concurrently from the day of his sentence.
