A journey towards world peace and stability of mankind embarked upon by the Cherubim & Seraphim Movements and Celestial Church of Christ is making steady progress.
The combined white garment churches’ great revival, initiated by the Founder, Love of Christ Generation Church in London, Reverend Mother Esther Abimbola Ajayi, won many souls for both spiritual movements at its first outing in London, United Kingdom in July last year.
The joint revival, which is aimed at entrenching global peace through prayers and spiritual ministrations, is on the march again.
With accomplished leaders of both sects, Prophet Dr. Solomon Adegboyega Alao, Head, Cherubim & Seraphim Unification Church Worldwide and Rev Pastor Mobiyina Emmanuel Oshoffa, Pastor and Supreme Head, Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, the revival train is moving to New York, United States of America.
The organizers told NewsmakersNG: “Following divine instructions from God, both churches are hosting a joint revival tagged: ‘Celebrate the Comforter’ at United Palace, Broadway, New York, on July 28 this year. The theme is ‘Unity in The Holy Spirit’.”
The Initiator of the joint revival, Rev Mother Ajayi said, “In an ever-growing and inter-dependent world, now seen as a ‘global village’ and characterized by war, terrorism, genocide, economic recession, fear, despair, uncertainty and signs of the last days, it is obvious that the world is in dire need of a great revival.”
She added that ‘Celebrate the Comforter’ will proclaim the name of Jesus Christ, evangelize and pray for peace in the world and particularly pray for Nigeria and the United States of America.
People are already registering en masse for the attendance of the New York revival on Eventbrite, as they search for ‘Celebrate the Comforter’.
The inaugural joint ‘Celebrate the Comforter’ revival and thanksgiving held at the Love of Christ Generation Church, London was attended by former President of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, the Imperial Majesty, Ooni of Ife, Oba Babatunde Enitan Ogunwusi, Ajero of Ijero Ekiti and a host of other traditional rulers from Nigeria.
Legendary Juju musician and spiritual singer, Chief Ebenezer Obey Fabiyi; Afro Juju maestro, Evangelist Shina Peters and Evangelist Bola Aare were also in attendance.
