The original certificate of a Second Class Upper degree graduate of Chemical Engineering from the Lagos State University was fortuitously recovered from a barbecue stall, popularly called Suya spot, in Epe area of Lagos, today.
A photo of the certificate showed that it belongs to one Abisoye Azeez Oluwaseun, who graduated with a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Chemical and Polymer Engineering (Second Class Upper) in 2008.
The news of the recovery was posted on Twitter by Ebikudo Festus Obi, on the handle, @fst4all.
Obi said the certificate was about to be used to wrap Suya for a customer when he spotted it.
He advised the owner or anyone that knows him to call a number for confirmation.
The tweet reads: “This original certificate was found at Suya spot at Epe and almost been used to wrap suya.
If you know anybody bearing that name, pls contact 09073342700.”
