Bus Loses Control, Runs into Lagos Market

An intra-city commuter bus, popularly known as danfo, has injured an unconfirmed number of people at Ikotun Market, in Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos.

NewsmakersNG learned that the loaded bus suddenly veered off the road and rammed several stalls in the market this morning.

The driver had reportedly lost control of the vehicle while descending the slope from Synagogue Church of All Nations.

There has been no report of casualties.

Rescuers have arrived the scene as at the time of filing this report.
