National Leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has returned to the country.
NewsmakersNG learnt that Tinubu’s flight landed at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos at exactly 9.30pm.
The former Lagos State governor had been in the United Kingdom for the last three months after undergoing knee surgery.
While in London, his home became a mecca of sorts as he was visited by President Muhammadu Buhari, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila; Governors Abdullahi Ganduje (Kano), Dapo Abiodun (Ogun), Babajide Sanwo-Olu (Lagos), Rotimi Akeredolu (Ondo), and Kayode Fayemi (Ekiti), amongst others.
The last set of visitors he received before his eventual return to Nigeria included members of the House of Representatives northern caucus.
