Several people escaped death in Lagos this evening after an articulated truck that suffered brake failure rammed several vehicles in rush hour traffic.
The accident reportedly happened at the Ojudu-Berger end of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, a little after the notorious Otedola bridge.
NewsmakersNG could not ascertain the number of vehicles involved in the accident at the time of this report, but eyewitnesses said emergency officials have succeeded in evacuating the truck from the scene.
