Breaking: Scores Feared Dead in Osun Tanker Accident

Many people were feared dead in a road accident involving a fuel tanker and several other vehicles at Igbelajewa Village, along the Ilesha-Akure Expressway, today,

NewsmakersNG learnt that the truck carrying diesel lost control, spilt its content and caught fire.

About seven vehicles, including an 18-passenger commuter bus were reportedly caught in the fire.

Spokesperson for Osun Command of Nigeria Police Force, Yemisi Opalola, who confirmed the accident, said the number of the victims could not be ascertained yet.
