Dare-devil armed robbers reportedly shot two policemen and a security guard attached to the headquarters of MTN at Falomo roundabout, Ikoyi, Lagos this afternoon.
NewsmakersNG learnt that the robbers had attempted to attack the branch of a second generation bank in the area before they were confronted by a patrol team from the Falomo police division.
The victims were rushed to the Police Medical Centre, Falomo.
Reports also said one of the policemen and the security guard succumbed to their injuries but NewsmakersNG could not confirm this as at press time.
The robbers reportedly escaped from the scene.
