Breaking: Police Rescue Man Caged for 15 Years By Parents in Kano

A 35-year-old old man illegally imprisoned by his parents for 15 years in Sheka, Unguwar Fulani community in Kumbotso Local Government Area of Kano has been rescued by the police.

NewsmakersNG learnt that the victim was rescued by the Police Medical Team and officers attached to the Inspector General of Police Special Squad known as Operation Puff Adder.

According to Kano State police spokesman, Abdullahi Kiyawa, the victim identified as Ibrahim Lawan had since been moved to the hospital for medical attention as the matter is being investigated.
