Police operatives have reportedly moved Senator Dino Melaye from the police hospital in Abuja to an unknown location this afternoon.
End SARS convener, Segun Awosanya, disclosed this in a tweet few minutes ago.
Awosanya’s tweet reads: “Reports reaching us suggest that the @PoliceNG have snatched/abducted Senator Dino Melaye from the Hospital to an undisclosed location.”
Police authorities are yet to react to the report.
Melaye has been detained at the police hospital where he was rushed to after he collapsed at office of the Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad in Abuja following his arrest on January 4.
Melaye who is facing allegations of criminal conspiracy and attempted culpable homicide, surrender himself for arrest after an eight-day siege to his Abuja residence by the police.
