An Assistant Commissioner of Police, Atiku Nagodi, has become the latest victim of the strange deaths being recorded in Kano State in the last three weeks.
NewsmakersNG learnt that Nagodi, who was the squadron commander, 9 Police Mobile Force, Kano, died today.
The cause of the deaths had become a subject of controversy after majority of the victims were buried without an autopsy.
The federal government however said yesterday that 80 percent of the deaths were caused by the COVID-19 disease.
