There was panic in some parts of Lagos this evening as rival gangs engaged themselves in a violent clash at the Oworonshoki area.
Security sources told NewsmakersNG that the fight broke out around 7.30pm.
Eyewitnesses reported hearing shots being fired but there was no immediate report of any casualty.
It was learnt that the fight had already spread to the Oworonshoki end of the Third Mainland Bridge, which serves as the main link between Lagos Island and the Mainland.
