Vice President Yemi Osinbajo narrowly escaped death today when his helicopter crashed on its way to a campaign rally in Kaaba, Kogi State.

The incident marks the second time the Vice President would be involved in a chopper accident. Osinbajo had once survived an air mishap in Abuja when his helicopter crash-landed shortly after take-off at the Customs Command and Staff College’s graduation ceremony on June 7, 2018, in Gwagawalada, Abuja.
