Breaking: Many Injured, Several Vehicles Burnt as 2 Fuel Tankers Collide on Lagos-Ibadan Expressway

Several people have reportedly sustained serious injuries, while several vehicles got burnt after two petrol tankers collided at Ajebo, on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway this morning.

Photos of the accident posted online by eyewitnesses show several burnt vehicles including passenger buses littering the scene.

NewsmakersNG learnt that five people who sustained life-threatening injuries have been evacuated by emergency officials to an undisclosed hospital.

There is no report of casualty.
