Fuel Tanker Fire Locks Down Lagos Roads

Major roads around Maryland axis in Lagos witnessed massive gridlock today following a fuel tanker fire near the Odo-Iyalaro bridge in the area.

NewsmakersNG learnt from officials of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) that the incident recorded no casualties and officials of the Lagos State Transport Management Agency (LASTMA) have cleared the road for smooth passage of traffic.

The situation paralyzed movements around Tipper garage, Ojota-Interchange and Motorways plaza.
