Breaking: Highlife Legend, Victor Olaiya, Dies at 89

Highlife music legend, Dr Victor Olaiya, is dead.

His death was announced by the Managing Director of Evergreen Music Company Limited, Bimbo Esho, on her Facebook page.

Olaiya reportedly died at exactly 12 noon today at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), Idi Araba.

The late legend celebrated his 89th birthday on December 31, 2019.
