Gunmen today attacked the convoy of Apostle Johnson Suleman along the Benin Auchi Road, Edo State, and reportedly killed seven persons including three policemen.
NewsmakersNG learnt that Suleman returned from a foreign trip and was heading to a destination in Edo State when the gunmen attacked his convoy around the Auchi area of the state.
During the attack, the gunmen reportedly opened fire on his convoy, killing three of his police orderlies and four other yet-to-be-identified persons.
Suleman, who returned from a programme in Tanzania, reportedly escaped death narrowly.
