The Department of State Services (DSS) today arraigned the of Sotitobire Miracle Center, Akure, Ondo State, Prophet Alfa Babatunde, before a Magistrates’ Court on two counts of felony and kidnap.
Babatunde was arraigned alongside six others identified as Omodara Olayinka, Margaret Oyebola, Grace Ogunjobi, Egunjobi Motunrayo, Esther Kayode and Peter Anjorin.
The arraignment was in connection with the disappearance of Gold Kolawole, a one-year-old boy, at the church in November.
The mother of the child claimed she dropped him at the children’s section of the church but the boy went missing before the end of the programme.
