The suspension of Senator Mohammed Ali Ndume (Borno APC) has been voided by a court in Abuja today.
Justice Babatunde Quadri, at a Federal High Court in Abuja, voided the suspension and ordered Ndume’s reinstatement.
Ndume, who represents Borno South Senatorial District, was suspended in March 2017.
Quadri ordered Senate President, Bukola Saraki and the Senate to ensure prompt payment of Ndume’s salaries and allowances.
