Gunmen suspected to be Boko Haram insurgents are currently attacking the town of Geidam in Yobe State.
The attack is coming few hours after over 100 several key Boko Haram/ISWAP members were killed in multiple air strikes conducted by the Air Task Force of Operation Lafiya Dole at Durbada in Borno.
Sources confirmed that the insurgents stormed the town through the southern part of Gumsa village a few moments ago and sporadic gunshots were heard.
