Brazil Boils as Hackers Expose Judge’s Gang Up with Prosecutor to Jail Lula da Silva

Adeyinka Olaiya, Brazil/

Hackers have set the political landscape in Brazil on fire after exposing illegal conversation between a judge and a prosecutor who allegedly connived to send an ex-president to jail.

NewsmakersNG gathered that the hackers tapped the telephone conversations between the prosecutor, Deltan Dellagnol, and Justice Sergio Moro who jailed ex-president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva for corruption practices.

Justice Moro was reportedly caught in the telephone conversation revealing the reasons why he mounted a plan and jailed the ex-president for corruption.

According to him, the ex-president was a threat to the far-rightist and the political class and could win the presidential seat again if allowed to run for the seat, the conversation was tapped and revealed to the press illegally by hackers through a news house called “Intercept Brazil”.

Using the application Instagram, the ex-judge who now occupies the post of the Minister of Justice has been tapped on several of his telephone conversations with the prosecuting authorities about how best to mount the arrest and jail the ex-president for corruption even without solid proofs.

Ex President Lula da Silva

According to Intercept Brazil, the intention of the ex-judge was to allow the transfer of power to the far rightist leader, Ex-military man, Jair Bolsonaro who is now President of Brazil.

In the fight for operation “Corruption Zero,” Dellagnol was heard on the telephone conversation asking the judge responsible for the case to teach him the best tactics to use so that the ex-president would be jailed. The judge however suggested to the prosecutor the right steps to take so that he, the judge, could take his cue and jail the ex-president.

Right now , the Brazilian bar association has called on the government to exonerate the ex-judge from the office of the Ministry of Justice and all other parts involved in the case until the final conclusions of the new committee set by the parliament.

However, the lawyers of the jailed ex-president have filed for an injunction through the Supreme Court for an immediate release of the ex-president considering the frauds discovered in the entire court proceedings.

Speaking from the prison, Lula da Silva has called for justice to be done, and all the authorities involved in his illegal arrest, detention and condemnations be brought to justice.
