Braithwaite’s Heir Battles for Life after Abuja Auto Accident

Barrister Olumide Braithwaite, the only  surviving son of the elder statesman, Tunji Braithwaite, who was the spokesperson of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Campaign during the last general election, has survived a motor accident in Abuja.

Reports say Braithwaite’s Toyota Hilux pickup van had a head-on collision with an armoured bullion van at about 9am on Saturday along the expressway by Central Bank of Nigeria  headquarters in Abuja.

NewsmakersNG learned that emergency services responded swiftly and Braithwaite was rushed to Garki Hospital for medical attention where he regained consciousness.

Sources close to the Braithwaite family  said he was in stable condition.
