Bandits Attack FUTMinna Hostel, Injure Students, Steal Valuables, Foodstuffs

Suspected bandits invaded the students hostel of the Federal University of Technology (FUT), Minna, Niger State, in the early hours of today.

NewsmakersNG learnt that the attackers arrived the hostel about 1am and started beating the students, most of whom were already asleep.

The bandits also carted away valuables, including mobile phones and foodstuffs.

Some of the injured students are reportedly receiving treatment in the hospital.

Relevant authorities are yet to react to the incident.
