The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared Governor Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa State re-elected after a dramatic poll.
According to INEC, the PDP candidate scored 430,861 votes to defeat APC’s Aisha ‘Binani’ Dahiru who got 398,738 votes.
The declaration was made today shortly after INEC resumed the collation of results in the disputed election.
