Malik Yahya/

Kebbi State University of Science and Technology, Aliero, has fixed August 29 for the resumption of academic activities despite the ongoing strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).

This is contained in a memo to staff and students dated August 24, 2022 and signed by the Academic Secretary, Abdulazeez Salihu, on behalf of the Registrar.

The memo noted the decision was taken after consultations with various stakeholders.

The decision by the institution came on the heels of a similar one by the Ekiti State University, which also fixed August 29 for the resumption of academic activities.
